Other anti-ageing strategies that include protecting your skin from skin damage caused by the sun and cigarette smoking; eating a balanced diet in order to control your weight; exercising regularly which will not only benefit your skin but your body as well. You don’t have to work out in the gym because you can also walk, jog or swim and get still get the exercise you need.
For the interior of your body make sure that you keep yourself always well-hydrated. Drink lots of water. It hydrates the skin and eliminates toxins faster. Get enough sleep to give your body as well as your organs time to regenerate. Get periodic overall health check-ups. Make sure you undergo all your age-recommended tests. After age 40 and sometimes even younger, hormones begin to play a very important role as far as one’s health is concerned thus they should always be at the normal limits.
